Please note that none of the following terms and conditions affect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions may be changed by Off Road Masters Limited without notice.

UK Law is applicable to these terms and conditions.

2.0 Delivery

2.1. In the event of delivery not being possible within 14 days (UK) of receiving the order, we will undertake to keep you informed of any changes and give you the option to cancel the order and receive full refund of monies paid.

2.2. When items are in stock we will send orders out to you by Parcel Force 24 hour insured delivery service - typically delivery can be expected within 2 working days of placing an order. Deliveries are only made within the UK mainland.

2.3. When the order is not in stock we will first find out an approximate delivery date, you will then be contacted with this information and you will have the choice to either cancel your order with a full refund of any monies paid or you may choose to continue with your order.

2.4. When payment details are provided to us and payment is not made by yourself via our secure real time credit card transaction facility we will not process the payment until we know that the order is in stock.

3.0. Replacements and Refunds

3.1. If an item is found to be broken or faulty on receipt, contact us by phone or email.. You can choose either to receive a replacement item or to receive a refund.

3.1.1. Replacements : We will send you a replacement but it is your responsibility to arrange the return of the faulty item. Returned goods must be adequately packed.

3.1.2 Refunds for Faulty Goods :We will refund the total cost of the order to you less delivery costs, as soon as we receive the item back. Returned faulty goods must be adequately packed.

3.1.3. Refunds for Perfect Goods :If you receive the goods in perfect condition and decide within 7 days of receipt, to send them back then you will be refunded the total cost of the order less delivery costs, as soon as we receive the item back. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Returned goods must be adequately packed.

4.0 Credit Card Payments

4.1. We use secure webpages and offer the use of our secure real time credit card transaction server.

4.2. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to individuals whose credentials cannot be verified, We will use discretion in these matters and will not authorise payment or supply unless we are completely satisfied that the order is legitimate.

5.0 Confirmation of your order

5.1. Once the order has been placed, we will send you an email of confirmation including;

A contact name
The total price
An order / reference no.
Instructions of how to contact us.

6.0 Receipt

6.1. The order confirmation will act as a receipt, we will be pleased to provide any additional documentation you may require.

7.0 Complaints

7.1. Complaints should be made initially by e-mail and will be acknowledged within 5 working days

7.2. Your complaint will be dealt with fairly and confidentially. and we will keep you fully informed of progress.

8.0 General

8.1. Vouchers purchased from this site entitle the voucher holder to an off-road driving session at any one of the 9 UK Land Rover Experience 4x4 Driving Centres.

8.2. There will be a 20-30 minute briefing prior to the drive taking place.

8.3. The actual driving time will vary dependent upon the voucher purchased.

8.4. The voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and the voucher must be redeemed and the drive completed by the end of this period.

8.5. Age and height restrictiond may apply. Occupants must be able to safely use standard seatbelts. Please confirm restrictions with your local centre when booking.

8.6. All drivers must have held a full current driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.

8.7. The voucher holder and accompanying guests will be required to confirm their health and fitness to participate in off-road driving tuition on the day of the training. A disclaimer form must be signed by all parties.

8.8. The voucher cannot be exchanged for money or goods.

8.9. Booking dates are transferable with a minimum of 7 days notice. Cancellation with less than 7 days notice will result in the voucher becoming invalid. If an appointment is cancelled in excess of 7 days, only one alternative appointment may be made on one ocassion only.

9.0 Privacy Policy

9.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy and do not plant any cookies on your computer.

9.2. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). No information will be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

9.3. We will not send you any unsolicited e-mails about our or other company products or services.
